This is a signed promotional picture of Noel Edmonds. For a brief time he was part of the Cossack powerboat racing team. It was obtained in person but can't confirm exact year as the lady owner sadly passed away but is believed late 70's early 80's. Fantastic condition as kept in plastic sleeve and found amongst a considerable amount of signed memorabilia
