Here's a fascinating but puzzling one! This is the Brabham BT26 with both high wings in place (front and rear), apparently at Monaco (See the armband to the left). So this should be 1968. But the number (6) and Ford engine suggest that this was taken in 1969 when the front wing had gone. Go figure!
